Had to request a refund. Purchased hoping that someone final developed an risk assessment app. This app would no't let me enter the 1st report. Kept freezing up. Very frustrating to say the least. Maybe they should have implemented the 5 whys before opening the app to the public. Still waiting on my refund. Hopeful will be credited soon.
That's a dollar I can kiss goodbye. App freezes and generally unusable. Tried to immediately get a refund but it was declined. Not recommended.
